Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PPUSSH Accounts service and related products (the "Service"), provided by PPUSSH LTD ("PPUSSH", "we", "us"). By creating an account, registering, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

You must be at least the age required to enter into a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

To use the Service, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. Each user may maintain a single active session; signing in from a new device may require email-based verification.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Scrape, harvest, or otherwise collect data from the Service without authorization.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service or its infrastructure.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks.
• Engage in fraud, spam, abuse, or any activity that harms other users.

You may sign in using third-party providers such as Google or GitHub. These providers have their own terms and privacy policies, and your use of them is subject to those terms. Payments and billing are processed by our payment partners (Paddle/Dodo), which have their own terms governing checkout and payment processing.

Some products within the Service are paid. Subscription fees, billing cycles, invoices, taxes, and refunds are governed by the specific product terms and the applicable terms of our payment processors. You authorize us and our payment processors to charge the payment method on file for any amounts due, including automatically renewing subscriptions until cancelled. You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The Service, including its software, design, and content, is owned by PPUSSH or its licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You retain ownership of the data and content you provide to your account. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the Service except as expressly permitted.

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or free of errors.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PPUSSH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed the amounts you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PPUSSH and its officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you breach these Terms or the Acceptable Use rules, or where required by law or to protect the security and integrity of the Service. You may delete your account at any time; your access to paid products may cease upon deletion, subject to applicable product terms.

We may moderate, remove, or restrict access to content and accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law, and may revoke sessions or require additional verification where we reasonably suspect fraud or abuse.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the "Effective" date above and, where reasonable, we will notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where PPUSSH LTD is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising out of these Terms will be resolved through the courts of competent jurisdiction in that location, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
